Private-label packaging and carton planning
Connect product protection, retail presentation and measured carton data before fixing the packing specification.
Start at the retail unit
Define bag, sleeve, box, hangtag, barcode, language and care insert. Confirm whether the item is displayed hanging, on a shelf or in ecommerce fulfillment.
Measure the real pack
Build a packing sample with the approved product. Record packed dimensions, unit count, net and gross weight and any recovery instructions.
Keep transport assumptions visible
Compare packaging options with the planned freight route and trade terms. A compact pack is useful only when the product and retail presentation remain acceptable.
What to send for the first review
Use the downloadable product brief and include the destination market, category, quantity split and target launch date. Mark unknown details as questions so they can be resolved in the proposed scope.
- Product reference, drawing or measurement table.
- Material, color and branding preferences.
- Order split by style, size and color.
- Packaging and documentation needs.
