Materials & construction
Webbing & rope
Compare nylon or polyester webbing, braided rope and coated straps for grip, flex and cleaning. Approve the material in the intended width or diameter.
Hardware & stitching
Select buckles, rings and clips together with the stitched or fastened construction. Validate the complete load path for the intended use.
Fit & packaging
Record neck and chest ranges for each size. Verify that labels, instructions and set contents match the approved sample.
Before sampling
- What size ranges and walking conditions will the line cover?
- Which material, clip finish and label placement should be shared across the collection?
- What fit, abrasion and load tests are required for the target market?
Are these finished products in stock?
These are development references. Construction, availability, order quantities and sampling dates are confirmed by quotation.
Can leashes, collars and harnesses share colors?
A coordinated palette can be requested. Approve shade and texture on each material because webbing, mesh and coatings can look different.
What should I include in a walking gear brief?
Include intended use, size ranges, strap or rope dimensions, hardware, branding, packaging and the sample checks you want to approve.
How are MOQ and timing confirmed?
Material, color, construction and packaging splits influence minimums and schedule. Share the target quantity and required delivery date for a project-specific review.
