What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums are confirmed by product construction, material run, color, size and packaging. Share your intended quantity split so the quote can identify the actual constraint.

Can we use our own brand?

Private-label changes can include color, logo, labels and retail packaging. Material and construction changes need a separate sample review. See the private-label development page for the approval steps.

Do you publish unit prices?

Prices are quoted after quantity, materials, construction, packaging, documentation scope and trade terms are defined. No artificial sale price or stock claim is shown in the catalog.

Are the catalog items in stock?

Catalog pages show development references. Final availability, specifications and commercial terms are confirmed by quotation. Illustrative concept images do not represent finished stock.

Can we request a sample?

Yes. State the sample purpose, desired construction and decisions it should resolve. Sample cost, revision scope and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

How long does production take?

The schedule depends on the approved specification, materials, order split and production planning. Agree the sample milestones and production schedule in writing rather than using a universal lead-time claim.

Do you provide certification?

Ask for documentation relevant to the selected product, material and destination. No blanket certification is claimed. A facility audit and a product test have different scopes.

Can we mix product categories?

Share the category and quantity breakdown. Product-level material and packing minimums still apply; consolidation and shipping responsibilities should be confirmed in the quotation.

Are these finished products in stock?

These are development references. Construction, availability, order quantities and sampling dates are confirmed by quotation.

Can we customize a bed size?

Yes, size changes can be reviewed together with cover yield, insert construction and carton planning. The sample confirms fit before an order specification is fixed.

Can you develop our own size chart?

A buyer-owned measurement chart can be the starting point. Fit testing, grading and tolerances should be agreed before a full size run.

Do you offer large wooden cat trees?

This collection focuses on soft and folding formats. Structural wood furniture and wall-mounted products need a different engineering and installation review.

Are car covers a pet restraint?

No. A seat cover protects upholstery and is not a crash-tested restraint. Appropriate restraint decisions are separate from the cover specification.

Does natural mean safe for every bird?

No. Material identity, treatment, dimensions and construction require review for the intended species and use. Avoid broad safety claims.

Can a liner fit our cage range?

Share the internal dimensions and attachment needs for each enclosure. A fit sample should confirm corners, shrinkage allowance and edge construction.
