Quality is a series of documented decisions
Define the specification, sample approvals, inspection scope and product documentation that a buyer can actually review.
From brief to final checks
A documented plan connects the intended use with material selection, sample review, agreed inspection points and shipment checks. The plan is tailored to the product; there is no universal checklist that covers every category.
| Stage | Decision record |
|---|---|
| Before sampling | Brief, materials, dimensions and review scope |
| Sample review | Measurements, images, care and function observations |
| Before production | Approved revision, artwork and acceptance criteria |
| During production | Agreed checkpoints and corrective actions |
| Before shipment | Product identity, packing, count and documents |
Certification claims require exact evidence
No universal certification is represented on this site. Buyers should request relevant documentation for the selected materials, product and destination. A supplier audit, material report and product test cover different scopes.
Agree the inspection method
State critical dimensions, workmanship examples, defect classifications, sampling approach and handling of nonconforming results. Third-party inspection arrangements and any laboratory work should be confirmed in the order scope.
- Define intended use and target market.
- Link test reports to the exact material or product.
- Review labels and warnings with the importer.
- Keep accepted deviations and reinspection evidence.
