Pet apparel

Custom dog raincoats, fleece layers and seasonal apparel, with fit and size grading considered from the first sample.

Build an apparel range around chest girth, back length and movement rather than a generic breed label. Closures, lining and lead access need to work together across every size in the range.

Review embroidery backing, woven labels, reflective trim and packaging without compromising comfort or washability.

Before sampling

  • Which chest and back measurements define each size?
  • Does the garment sit over or under a harness?
  • Which wash cycle and weather claim must the sample support?

Can you develop our own size chart?

A buyer-owned measurement chart can be the starting point. Fit testing, grading and tolerances should be agreed before a full size run.

Is a coated fabric automatically waterproof?

No. Fabric performance and complete-garment performance are different. Seams, closures, openings and the agreed test method must also be evaluated.

How are MOQ and timing confirmed?

Material, color, construction and packaging splits influence minimums and schedule. Share the target quantity and required delivery date for a project-specific review.
